    You can't remove that message from the home screen because it shows your mobile SIM details such as aircell, cellone, etc..

    This is a beautiful phone for its price (Rs.2600-2800 depending on your bargaining capacity in Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh Delhi). But they will not give you 200 games software CD (as given by Ebay sellers). If anyone has got that CD, will they share it.

    You must first go to the services tab under your mobile phone to enter the manual GPRS setting. Then go to Data Account and then GPRS. After that rename any of the entries given there and enter the manual GPRL setting. After save the settings and then go to WAP tab. And enetr then GPRS setting and choose the data account which you have been previously created. That's it.

    this is a good phone indeed but the operator of aircel,airtel,,reliance.... doesn't support its internet application they forbide to sent its related setting their customer said this phone is not compatable. i really upset... although i use opera 4.2 by copying its internet setting from other..... its fantastic it work very smothly but internet using from sim2 is block by operator since two week. thank to the maker of diamond rocker touch.

    Hi, i was deleting gprs data accounts in my mobile one by one.. but suddenly my rocker diamond mobile switched off. i removed the battery and again placed it.. now when i switch on it just shows rocker logo and switches off.. what i have to do.. please help me.. please..please...

    Hi Nitin,

    I have also faced the same problem in same situation. Finally my mobile had worked after reload/updation the mobile software from a mobile repair shop in Hyderabad.

    You can contact any mobile repair shop for software updation. it's cost Rs.250/-
    Incase the software is not available with the repair shop u can contact the service centre listed in the mobile manual.

    Keep in touch for any updations in Rocker Diamond mobile...

    This is a really Good Mobile for this price. I m very much admired for this. Almost all the Indian mobile network GPRS settings are preloaded in the phone. So, no need to contact customer case. Just select the proper profile to connect internet.

    I bought this phone on EBay and has a warranty of 1 Year. There was a small problem... Mobile screen automatically switches off very frequently and you cant access any software in the application. So, I gave this phone to service center and they rectified it. Actual solution for this problem is:
    JUST BECAUSE of DOCOMO SIM. I suggest dont use Docomo for this phone. Vodafone and Airtel works Perfect.

    I m currently using 8GB memory card in this phone and it works amazing. Processing speed doesnt slowdown with 8gb card just like other mobiles... :-)

    Almost any java touch screen software works and believe me, I just tried some of them. There may be some resolution mismatch. Just need to get the right one.

    How is hard reset done in Rocker diamond mobile? It has good hardware, but the software is rubbish. Can any other software or android be loaded in it? What is the CPU make of the phone? What is the version no. of the firmware? What are the secret codes of this phone? The is dead now as I tried to set the GPRS settings. Now when I switch on it, the screen simply shows ROCKER TM and then black screen. Any body to help?
